In addition, it is an area in which, at the moment, small investments have been made in a particular sport in terms of sports facilities, which, however, cannot accommodate the large and ever-increasing demand of the public that knows Padel, and loves him the most.
An equally important factor that led to the big deal is the 13.8-acre lot, which contains all the elements “Padel Zenter” wanted. That is, to be “as close as possible” to the urban fabric of the city, but also because of its previous use in the field of entertainment and restaurants, to have all the required infrastructure, so that you do not need more time and money.
Thus, the lease contract (not the purchase contract as it has been copied wrongly by some) was signed with terms of absolute secrecy between the real estate company and Larissa’s landlord (but as we wrote yesterday with a confidentiality clause between the two sides) so that the project could begin in the next space.
So after Sweden and Italy, where a new Padel sports center will be put into operation this year in Milan, Larissa and Greece is the next stop for the “Padel Zenter”!
For those who don’t know, Padel is the fastest growing sport in Europe, a great mix of tennis, squash and racquet sports, in an easy to understand and easy to play format. Its influence is so great that it is estimated that it will be the next Olympic sport!
