As reported by Dexerto, citing exclusive sources, the ban is due to an influx of an event on February 24th. In this, Ross showed up for 20+ minutes chatting from his Kick channel, which had absolutely no moderation. It included various comments deemed racist, as Ross neither commented nor stopped watching them. This was the last straw and led to the ninth – and this time permanent – ban.
A Twitch representative confirmed to Dexerto that Adin Ross was indeed banned after the unmoderated chat was found to contain hate speech.
According to our Community Guidelines, uncontrolled hate behavior in chat, such as racist and anti-Semitic messages, is not allowed on Twitch.
