On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the series, Microsoft came to confirm the rumors and speculations, making the players’ wish come true. Specifically, in the course of its own presentation, the company announced Age of Mythology is hostile.
This is an upgraded version of the game, which is now in development and will be equivalent to the final versions released for Age of Empires. This means that it will have better modern graphics, multiple new features and quality of life improvements, while it is possible to see new content.

For the record, Age of Mythology was originally released in 2002 by Ensemble Studios. It is part of Age of Empires inspired by ancient Greek, Egyptian and Scandinavian myths and legends, rather than actual historical events. Its gameplay is similar to the basic games, but it includes special features that revolve around the gods and the general theme of the title. A year after its original appearance in 2003, Age of Mythology: The Titans has arrived.
