A never-before-seen episode with the accused in the rape of a 12-year-old girl SebolyaIlias Michos and his son were revealed by the family’s lawyer Philos Granidiotis.
Failos Kranidiotis, representing the ex-wife and son, revealed an incident between Ilias Michos and his son Panos at his law office.
“The wife brought him to my office with the son and asked for a divorce. I denied him protection. When these things were told to him I stopped him from hitting his son. He resisted and did not want to give the divorce. She threatened him with divorce citing the news that came with the minor,” says Phylos Granidiotis.
The ex-wife’s attorney and the defendant’s 53-year-old son also noted that his two principals are “”tied up”” every day.They receive threatening messages.
About what the ex-wife knew, he told ANT1: “She knows nothing. From the statements of the child’s mother, it is clear from the two conversations that the woman informed her through the message and that the man was sending her such messages. He said that I am going to file a complaint for sexual harassment of a minor.
He had been separated since January and had stopped visiting and helping out at the store since December. Any normal woman would find her husband texting an adult woman, let alone a minor.”
