Early Life

Teyana Taylor’s debut album VII made it to the top of US and US/Hip-Hop charts, as well as No. 19 on the Billboard 200 albums list when it was released in 2014. She then released another two albums with great success in 2018. Taylor has also been seen in several films, including “Stomp the Yard: Homecoming” and her upcoming film “Coming 2 America”, which will be released December 2020. In addition to this, she has emphasised fitness by releasing a workout apparel line, Fade2Fit, for Adidas that includes sneakers.

Like many performers, Teyana Taylor had a tough childhood but started out as a child actor. She began singing in talent competitions and singing from the earliest singers she admired.
