AEK caught up with its opponent in the quarterfinals of the Basketball Champions League. This is the Hapoel Jerusalem team as Al Ittihad must overcome their hurdle – a home handicap – in order to qualify for the Final Four of the competition.
Of the remaining pairs, the fact that we have two Spanish players stands out, one of them, Tenerife – Manresa, is a repeat of last year’s competition final, and then Tenerife won the title.

The qualification will be determined by the two victories. In the Final Four, a new draw will take place, in which the pairs of semi-finalists will be determined. AEK is in fact one of the teams that have expressed interest in hosting the event at the Ano Liosia indoor venue.
