Two Israeli soldiers were slightly injured, Thursday (11/30), in a car attack on a checkpoint in the occupied territories West BankThe Israeli army announced, explaining that the attacker had been “neutralized.”
The army said in a statement, “The soldiers at the site opened fire on the attacker and neutralized him,” noting that the two wounded were taken to the hospital.
The attack came hours after armed Palestinians opened fire on civilians waiting at a bus stop in Jerusalem, killing three Israelis and wounding many others.
The two perpetrators, two brothers from occupied East Jerusalem, were killed instantly by gunfire from two soldiers and a civilian.
