Independents: Coming reforms in the tax bill

The provisions of the draft law stipulate the setting of a minimum taxable income equivalent to the annual minimum wage for a period of 14 months, i.e. 10,920 euros with 6 years of operation, and it will reach 14,196 euros for 12 years of operation.

With the new tax system, no self-employed person who has been active for 6 years or more and excluding farmers and “clerks” can declare a taxable income of less than €10,920.

This amount is increased over the years of operation of the business, but also in relation to the salaries of the employees they employ, as well as in relation to the average KAD turnover of the sector in the previous year.

With the step-up system, the assumed taxable income can be up to 50,000 euros.

Those who advertise at the assumed minimum get half the default fee, and those who insist on advertising lower go to the default fee and get a 25% reduction in the default fee.
