Agios Autonomos
Saint Autonomos was a Christian martyr. He is said to have been an Italian bishop who escaped the persecution of Diocletian by migrating to Bithynia in Asia Minor.
He taught Christianity in the region, served as the first bishop of Bithynia, and was later martyred.
The miraculous works of Saint Autonomos disturbed the pagans, and they stoned him to death in 313 AD while he was worshiping inside the temple.
