Volvo Trucks’ new 1-minute commercial can be called the best romantic short film. The people in charge of the marketing department have outdone themselves and wanted to show how Volvo Trucks combine efficiency and fun, they created a statue of multi-wheeled love.
It’s two trucks (one with a FUN license plate and one with a license plate that reads Efficiency) flirting, traveling together and eventually taking to the skies. At the end of the video, we get the real message: fun meets efficiency in the I-Save-equipped Volvo FH. We’ll congratulate Volvo for daring to be different.
“We are very proud of the capabilities of the I-Save and with this love story, we want to give its features the attention they deserve,” said Peter Franzen, product manager for engines at Volvo Trucks. “For our customers, I-Save has proven to provide excellent fuel economy and drivability, with the majority of Volvo FH trucks we sell today equipped with the I-Save system.”
