Meteorologist Yiannis Kallianos told newsit.gr that a new wave of bad weather is expected to affect most parts of our country from tomorrow, Monday (04.03.2023). Earlier, EMY had issued an emergency notice on bad weather, recommending civil defense caution and giving appropriate instructions to citizens.

Many areas will experience localized flooding, especially on Monday and Tuesday. “Mondays and Tuesdays require special attention. More specifically, tomorrow Monday mainly in western and northern Greece and Tuesday in the eastern Aegean islands. In these areas, rains and local storms are often very strong,” meteorologist Yiannis Kallianos tells newsit.gr.

As for the temperature, as a well-known meteorologist says, “the temperature will drop by 5-6 points in the next few days compared to the very high weekend temperatures in most parts of Greece”.
