An incredible story is handled by the police in Rethymno and concerns a 14-year-old girl from Bulgaria who gave birth to a healthy baby in a Rethymno hospital. The girl lives with her Bulgarian mother and her Romanian stepfather Rethymno.

Chronology of the case
The minor visited a private gynecologist with her mother, who had irregular periods.
She found out that she was pregnant and in her seventh month and was referred to the hospital.
The 14-year-old girl and her mother then went to the hospital, where doctors began monitoring her.
A few days ago the girl gave birth to a healthy baby.
The father was found missing in the hospital and the police officials were informed.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the 14-year-old boy had had sexual relations with two adult males (the arrested 44-year-old and 48-year-old) in the previous months. Her parents were aware of their actions, according to information cited by Cretan media.
At the same time, according to the same information, the 46-year-old stepfather of the arrested minor was accused of having sexual relations with the minor.
The case was taken to trial and when both were taken to the investigating officer, one of the two (aged 48) reportedly said that he would identify the child if he confirmed that it was his.
