Below is the relevant excerpt from the interview:

Is there any change regarding AM5 socket support or does AMD’s original statement of continued support until 2025 still stand?

It’s still valid! I think we definitely realized that the longevity of the AM4 platforms was one of the main reasons why Ryzen was so successful. So, as we think about the future, 2025 and beyond, the decision to move to the next generation socket is one that will be considered very carefully indeed.

We know the impact of moving to a new socket and want to stay on the AM5 platform for as long as possible. We are committed to 2025 and beyond and we will see how long that promise lasts over the next few years.

In case you need a refresher, the AM5 platform debuted last year and supports the latest and most powerful Ryzen processors from the Zen 4 architecture, the Ryzen 7000 models, as well as their 3D V-Cache versions. The platform also supports all the cutting-edge technologies, like DDR5 memories, as well as PCIe Gen5 peripherals, like super-fast NVMe SSDs, where Intel’s alternatives can’t.
