Israel: A barrage of attacks by Hezbollah

Hezbollah bombed Israeli sites with a Burkan missile, while it hit a jamming system with a drone. Hezbollah announced a series of operations in support of Gaza and in response to Israeli attacks on cities in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah on Saturday announced a series of operations against Israeli bases, sites and military forces across the Lebanese-Palestinian border as the Israeli war in Gaza entered its 183rd day.

Hezbollah said in a statement that the operations come “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza and their brave and honorable resistance, and in response to the Israeli attacks on the villages and towns of Al-Hazm in southern Lebanon and on civilian homes.”

The beginning of the attacks

Hezbollah, which launched the first attack at two in the morning, announced that it targeted a gathering of Israeli occupation soldiers at Ramiya base using artillery weapons, and confirmed that the force in question received a direct hit. At 11:50 a.m., the Israeli military base, Al-Malikiyah, was targeted with a heavy-caliber Burkan missile, hitting it directly.

Shortly thereafter, Hezbollah said in a statement that in response to Israeli attacks on Lebanese cities, specifically Saturday's attack on Marjayoun, it launched two separate attacks at 12:40 p.m. Using Burkan missiles, they targeted the Jal al-Alam site in the first, and a deployment point for occupation soldiers between the site and the “Shlomi” settlement in the second.

The Israeli army revealed that a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Israeli “Shtola” barrack was subjected to artillery shelling at 2:25 p.m., while another gathering of Israeli soldiers near the “Shomera” barrack was hit just 15 minutes later at 2:40 p.m. The resistance confirms direct strikes.

Sayyed Nasrallah's speech on Friday was the “signal” for the organization to intensify its attacks.

Something has changed, and it may be the attack on the Iranian embassy

In recent days, the Lebanese organization struck multiple targets within 20 minutes to protect its forces. It appears to be entering the battles with greater force, after the killing of its direct Iranian partner in Syria. Hezbollah also opened fire at 4:15 p.m. A barrage of Katyusha rockets targeting Israeli artillery units in Al-Zawraa, west of the occupied Golan Heights. The organization said that this operation comes in particular in response to the recent Israeli attack on the city of Arnoun in southern Lebanon.

The resistance said in a statement that the Israeli Ruwaisat Al-Alam military base, located in the occupied Shebaa Farms, was hit at 16:30 by a Burkan missile, confirming that a direct hit had been achieved. At 17:05, Hezbollah carried out its eighth operation for the day, targeting the Israeli Zibdin barracks, also located in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms, with artillery missiles. The team confirmed that the barracks was a direct hit.

In a major operation, the organization announced that it targeted an Israeli anti-drone jamming system installed at the Al-Assi military base using a suicide drone, achieving a direct hit. At 18:15, Hezbollah fighters targeted the Jarda site with a Burkan missile and confirmed a direct hit.

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, on Friday praised the fighters on the Lebanese front, stressing that they are “at the highest level of readiness, morale is high, and momentum is high.” Nasrallah is the political and religious leader of Hezbollah.
