DYPA’s first programs Increase the supply of properties on the market and reduce high rental prices.
According to information, the Ministry of National Economy in December will start the DYPA program which will concern Renovation support – repair of vacant apartmentsProvided they return to the market through a long-term lease for a period of no less than 3 years.
DYPA’s new program for empty apartments entitled “Lease renewalIt will start with a budget of 50 million euros. The support amount is up to 100,000 euros and covers 40% of the expenses to be incurred.
Who is the new program for?
The following people will be able to participate in the program:
- Real estate owners or
- Usage properties (as long as the percentage is more than 50%) up to 100 square metres. With an annual family income (taxable) not exceeding 40,000 euros.
Their properties cannot exceed €300,000 while the eligible property must be declared as vacant on the E2 form (for the last three years).
Finally, those interested must not have received support for another energy saving or renewal program within the past five years.
