Traffic regulations will be in force tomorrow Thursday (7.12.2023) in Limanakia, Vargisa, as the Attica region carries out emergency measures to deal with landslides.
Transport arrangements when working on the section of the network between Lake Voliakmeni and the Island Night Club of Varkiza from 09:00 to 17:00.
In more detail, from 09.00 to 17.00 the traffic from Lake Voliagmenis to the “Island” will be blocked and the traffic of vehicles moving towards Varkisa – Sonio will be diverted towards Varis – Koropio and then Vasilios Konstantinou.
OASA and KTEL buses and emergency vehicles (EKAB, fire brigade, patrol cars etc.) move normally on the coastal road without any problem.
Vehicular traffic will be temporarily and partially stopped in Vari – Voula – Vouliagmeni within the administrative limits of Varkiza – Souni Avenue (Posidonos Avenue) for 24 hours from 8/12. In particular, lanes in the direction of Sounio will be occupied and traffic will be carried on the rest of the road (one lane in each direction).
