3 Example: A family consisting of two parents and 4 children and its annual income is 24,500 euros:
The family parity scale is: 1 + 1/2 + 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 = 2.5.
So the equivalent income is: €24,500 / 2.5 = €9,800.
The family belongs to income scale B and will receive 252 euros per month.
The family therefore belongs to income scale B and instead of receiving an allowance of €252, will receive a total of €630, an increase of 150%.
