Last October, Green heard that a first-generation 2007 iPhone had sold for about $40,000, and that’s when she called LCG Auctions. The founder of the company has confirmed that it is indeed a sealed iPhone and that it is truly a collector’s item.

The original iPhone was Apple’s revolutionary device with a touch screen, a whopping 4GB of storage for its data at the time, apps and many other features that were way ahead of anything released at the time.
