Erdogan on Netanyahu: We erased him and threw him aside

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he is no longer likely to speak with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while informing that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will visit Turkey at the end of November, according to what Anadolu reported.

The Turkish president said: “Netanyahu is no longer a person who can be talked to in any way. We have deleted him and thrown him aside.”

He added, “Our goal is to achieve final peace in the Israeli-Palestinian issue. We are determined to do everything necessary to stop the bloodshed.”

Erdogan said, “Netanyahu is no longer someone who can be considered our interlocutor in any way,” explaining that a decision on this issue will be taken at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation summit.

The Turkish President explained that a complete severance of relations, especially in international diplomacy, is not possible, and said that they, along with Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the head of the secret services, Ibrahim Kalin, will continue to use all diplomatic means.

He added, “Our goal is to achieve final peace in the Israeli-Palestinian issue. (…) We are determined to do whatever it takes to stop the bloodshed and bring peace. Our goal is to achieve a lasting and sustainable peace that brings comfort to our region and our country. We are making contacts to ensure, for example, “We want to bring all interested parties together in a conference.”
