So, on Wednesday, October 4, at 5:00 PM Greek time, Google will be ready to make a series of new hardware announcements, of which the Pixel 8 Pro will stand out.
An image mistakenly posted on the Google Store last night confirmed everything we already knew about the design and camera layout of the Pixel 8 Pro. But what is there to learn? Sure, we expect to know a lot of details about the full Pixel 8 lineup, but we’re also expecting to see a new smartwatch from Pixel, a year after Google unveiled the first model. Otherwise, the Pixel Buds A-Series and Pixel Buds Pro will likely receive successors at the same event, which is not the case for the Pixel Fold and the just-released Pixel Tablet (in many countries except Greece they are not included).
Google’s accompanying invitation to announce the event did not mention other company-owned device brands such as Nest and Fitbit, although it is possible that the company will have related announcements.
