Weather: The scenery changes with rain and storms – see where they hit

The weather scenario is changing from today Wednesday as rain and storm will occur in many parts of the country.

According to the EMY, local rain is expected in places in western, eastern Macedonia, Thrace and the Aegean islands.

Scattered storms in the west in the morning.

Visibility will be low locally in the east during morning hours.

Winds will be 3 to 5 southerlies in most areas and the Aegean will be temporarily at a local 6 Beaufort.

In the West and North, the temperature will drop slightly and not exceed 24 to 25 degrees Celsius, while in other parts it will be 26 to 27 degrees Celsius.

Macedonia, Thrace
Weather: Cloudy with some scattered showers mainly over eastern Macedonia and Thrace. Clouds will increase in the afternoon and from the west.
Wind: Variable 2 to 4 and east southeast 4 to 6 Beaufort in the morning.
Temperature: 11 to 25 degrees Celsius. 3 to 4 degrees lower in western Macedonia.

Ionian Islands, Epiros, West Styria, West Peloponnese
Weather: Temporarily increasing cloudiness with localized rain, mainly in the mornings, with scattered squalls, even from the north, stopping quickly.

Scattered storms in the west in the morning

Clouds are expected to increase further in the afternoon and from the north and there will be local showers again in northern areas during the night.
Winds: Variable 3 to 4 and 4 to 5 beaufort from westerly in the Ionian in the mornings.
Temperature: 13 to 25 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus it is 3 to 4 degrees lower.

Eastern Styria, Evia, Eastern Peloponnese
Weather: Cloudy at some places and thick at times.
Wind: Variable 3 to 4 and southwest 5 or 6 Beaufort in the morning.
Temperature: 13 to 27 degrees Celsius.

Cyclades, Crete
Weather: Cloudy at some places and thick at some places.
Winds: West Southwest 4 to 5 Temporary Local 6 Beaufort.
Temperature: 19 to 27 degrees Celsius.

Eastern Aegean Islands – Dodecanese
Weather: Cloudy at some places and thick at some places.
