Alberto Giuliani officially retired from the Olympiacos men’s volleyball team. The Italian coach took over the red and white teams in January 2022 and this year led the Piraeus team to win the Challenge Cup as well as the championship.
The 59-year-old coach had a contract with Olympiacos, but he received an attractive offer from the Bulgarian team Heibar and it was decided to part ways. Argentine Daniel Castellani will replace Giuliani on the bench in Piraeus.
