Alienware – Dell is preparing two new QD-OLED displays

At the moment we know little Basic details. One of the screens is a 32-inch QD-OLED 4K, which comes as another advancement in the QD-OLED 4K screen category. One of them is the Odyssey Dough Spectrum Black, a 32-inch OLED display with 4K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 240Hz, and Asus also announced a similar display. Maybe Alienware will use the same panel, and offer the same refresh rate.

The other screen is something new. All we know now is that it’s the first QD-OLED display with a 360Hz refresh rate. Since we expect QD-OLED 4K displays in the first quarter of next year with a 240Hz refresh rate, there is a possibility that they will feature a 1440p resolution, which is speculation at the moment. Currently, there are no QD-OLED displays with a 360Hz refresh rate on the market and it remains to be confirmed whether Alienware will be the first/

However, interest in the company’s new QD-OLED proposals is high due to the company’s first successful implementation, the AW3423DW 34, which has swept the reviews. This particular model is still at the top of our list of best gaming monitors, and is among the best OLED displays you can buy.

Its launch was followed by several competing offerings such as the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8, but admittedly no display was able to match the quality of Alienware’s first QD-OLED display.

Alienware has confirmed that the displays will be released in January next year, so we’ll likely see them at CES 2024. We also expect to see similar QD-OLED displays from the likes of MSI, Samsung and Asus soon.
