New Year: With Portokaloglou Satti at Syntagma and a party at Farvakio, Athens changes times

The New Year's Eve play will begin at 10pm to the festive tunes of the Athens Municipal Philharmonic Orchestra and hosted by Nancy Zambitoglou and Thanassis Anagnostopoulos.

In Syntagma Square, those who brave the street traffic will enjoy two concerts with Nikos Portokaloglou and Marina Satti.

Fireworks can't be missing from New Year's Eve

Just before midnight, Zampitoglou-Anagnostopoulos will welcome on stage the new mayor of Athens, Harris Doukas, who will give the countdown signal to change the time. Change cannot be without fireworks.

Events programme

Nikos Portokaloglou, together with the famous performer Vicki Karazoglou, Byron Tsourapis, his live companion, and the Evgeneis Alites Band with Thanassis Tsakirakis, Elias Lambropoulos, Alexandros Zouganelis and Katerina Liakis, will perform Podariko for 2024.

M. Satti will also be present in the play with her musicians and of course her own songs. From 23.00 Varvakeios turns into a big party, with dancing to the sounds of famous DJs!
